Overview
Designed as a microlearning tutorial within a larger Articulate Storyline training library, this project was designed to shift away from passive learning approaches, such as text-only job aids. Instead, I utilized screen-sharing strategies to provide users with a dynamic and immersive experience, guiding them through the effective utilization of closed captions in the Storyline platform.
In line with microlearning principles, the tutorial leveraged concise and focused video segments to deliver key instructional content. By condensing the information into bite-sized modules, we aimed to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention. Through screen-sharing, users were seamlessly walked through each step, ensuring a clear understanding of the closed captioning process and fostering practical application.
